1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from South Coast Doc Prep ("we," "us," or "our") or by using our services (including our website at https://southcoastdocpreparation.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy (linked below), and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not opt in or use our services.
2. Services and SMS Program Description
South Coast Doc Prep offers professional document preparation and credit-related services, including administrative documents, loan application support, affidavits, and filing guidance.
We provide an optional SMS/text messaging service (the "Program") for customers who expressly opt in. The Program delivers messages related to your interactions with us, such as:

Service-related updates or alerts tied to your requests

Message frequency varies (typically 4–8 messages per month for active users; fewer otherwise) and is based on your engagement. We send only reasonable volumes. Consent to the Program is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The Program is supported on most major U.S. carriers.
3. Opt-In and Consent You consent to receive SMS by:
Providing your mobile number via our website forms, contact submissions, or service interactions and affirmatively agreeing (e.g., via an unchecked checkbox or submission button with clear disclosure) that links directly to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Any other method where we disclose Program details and obtain your express, affirmative consent.
Opt-in is a direct 1:1 agreement between you and South Coast Doc Prep. Consent is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be sold or shared.
4. Opt-Out, Help, and Disclosures
Opt-Out: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving SMS. You will receive one confirmation; no further messages (except possibly a final one). Opt-out is immediate. To re-subscribe, complete our opt-in process again.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. We are not responsible for carrier-imposed charges.
Carrier Liability: We and carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages due to network, device, coverage, or other external factors.
5. Age Restriction
The Program and services are for individuals 18 years or older only. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18.
6. Privacy and Data Practices
We collect and use your phone number and related data only for sending consented messages, support, service delivery, and Program administration. We do not sell personal information.
