• You will review documents prior to submission
• You understand we rely entirely on the information you provide
• You are responsible for filing documents unless otherwise agreed in writing
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for services rendered.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Fees are for document preparation services only
• Fees are earned upon preparation
• Fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced
If payment disputes arise, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Because services involve time, labor, and administrative preparation:
• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion
• No refunds will be issued after documents have been completed and delivered
Custom preparation services are considered earned once work begins.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages including:
• Document updates
• Requests for additional information
• Appointment confirmations
• Account notifications
Message frequency varies.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
You may upload documents through our secure portal.
You acknowledge:
• Electronic communication carries inherent risks
• No system is 100% secure
• You assume risk associated with electronic transmission
We implement commercially reasonable security measures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
South Coast DocPrep shall not be liable for:
• Legal outcomes
• Court decisions
• Government determinations
• Filing rejections
• Deadlines missed due to client delay
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
We do not guarantee:
• Legal approval
• Court acceptance
• Debt dismissal
• Outcome of any legal or administrative matter
We guarantee only that documents will be prepared based on the information you provide.
We provide document preparation services nationwide.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your state’s filing requirements.
We do not guarantee acceptance of documents in any specific jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Coast DocPrep from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
• False or misleading information provided by you
• Improper use of prepared documents
• Legal consequences of filing decisions
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California.
You agree to waive the right to:
• Jury trial
• Class action participation
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and consent to receive SMS communications.
